Job Requirements
- Have at least 1 year of experience as a receptionist in a professional business environment
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Motivated self-starter able to work effectively with all departments with limited supervision
- Commitment to an excellent guest experience on the phone, email, and in the store
- Strong technical aptitude and ability
- Must be punctual with solid time-management skills

Job Duties
- Answer sales and service phone calls in a timely manner
- Greet visitors, determine their needs, and contact the appropriate department for visitor escort
- Assist with outbound calls and confirming appointments on busy days
- Providing updates from phone calls to sales and service teams
- Provide necessary information to guests
- Deliver an exciting experience for guests and their families and companions
- Assist various departments with special projects as needed
