Job Requirements

  • Have at least 1 year of experience as a receptionist in a professional business environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Motivated self-starter able to work effectively with all departments with limited supervision
  • Commitment to an excellent guest experience on the phone, email, and in the store
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability
  • Must be punctual with solid time-management skills

Job Duties

  • Answer sales and service phone calls in a timely manner
  • Greet visitors, determine their needs, and contact the appropriate department for visitor escort
  • Assist with outbound calls and confirming appointments on busy days
  • Providing updates from phone calls to sales and service teams
  • Provide necessary information to guests
  • Deliver an exciting experience for guests and their families and companions
  • Assist various departments with special projects as needed
