Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist in a professional business environment
  • motivated self-starter able to work effectively with all departments with limited supervision
  • commitment to an excellent guest experience via phone, email, and in person
  • strong technical aptitude
  • punctual with solid time-management skills

Job Duties

  • Answer sales and service phone calls in a timely manner
  • greet visitors, determine their needs, and contact the appropriate department for visitor escort
  • assist with outbound calls and confirming appointments on busy days
  • provide updates from phone calls to sales and service teams
  • provide necessary information to guests
  • deliver an exciting experience for guests and their families and companions
  • assist various departments with special projects as needed
