Job Duties
- Answer sales and service phone calls in a timely manner
- greet visitors, determine their needs, and contact the appropriate department for visitor escort
- assist with outbound calls and confirming appointments on busy days
- provide updates from phone calls to sales and service teams
- provide necessary information to guests
- deliver an exciting experience for guests and their families and companions
- assist various departments with special projects as needed
