Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is a plus
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions
  • ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
  • answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner
  • manage scheduling and appointments, ensuring proper documentation and organization
  • perform general office duties, such as filing, copying, and scanning
  • maintain a clean and organized front desk area
  • provide information about the company to visitors, clients, and callers
  • handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and managing office supplies
  • coordinate with vendors for repairs or services
  • help with event coordination or other office-wide activities as needed
