Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work Monday to Friday from 2 PM to 10 PM
- Strong critical thinking and decisive judgment abilities
- Ability to maintain professionalism in a healthcare environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with basic accounting practices preferred
- Commitment to comply with workplace policies and dress code
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associates degree preferred
- Experience in administrative or customer service roles preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and office equipment operation
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Job Duties
- Provide receptionist duties including greeting visitors and directing calls
- Perform clerical tasks such as preparing outgoing mail and maintaining filing systems
- Enter data and maintain databases accurately
- Schedule and organize meetings and appointments
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Handle information requests and respond to inquiries
- Perform basic accounting functions including checking invoices, making deposits, and managing petty cash in applicable departments
