Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have experience or be able to gain proficiency in all programs and systems used for this job as related to item processing
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
- Must develop a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to this position
- Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all job-related state and federal laws and regulations

Job Duties
- Staffs reception desk, greets visitors and maintains log and directs deliveries
- Answers all telephone calls and forwards them to the appropriate department and individuals
- Operates a message center for return calls
- Answers general member questions with regard to account information and available services
- Performs file maintenance on accounts as assigned by the supervisor
- Recommends and cross-sells other Credit Union services
- May be required to attend training at headquarters or an off-site location
- Performs other duties as assigned
