Job Duties

  • Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate
  • greets and directs visitors to the company
  • takes and retrieves messages for various personnel
  • receives, sorts and distributes incoming mail
  • coordinates the pickup and delivery of express mail services (Fed Ex, UPS etc)
  • opens builder contracts in real estate closing software
  • monitors general office e-mail and forwards email to appropriate individual
  • assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning and filing
  • maintain closing calendar board and keep it updated
  • send title docs out to lender/realtors
  • log in key packages and distribute to appropriate files
  • greet all incoming guests and obtain driver's license/passport copies
  • clean and maintain cleanliness of all conference rooms and office space
