Job Duties
- Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate
- greets and directs visitors to the company
- takes and retrieves messages for various personnel
- receives, sorts and distributes incoming mail
- coordinates the pickup and delivery of express mail services (Fed Ex, UPS etc)
- opens builder contracts in real estate closing software
- monitors general office e-mail and forwards email to appropriate individual
- assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning and filing
- maintain closing calendar board and keep it updated
- send title docs out to lender/realtors
- log in key packages and distribute to appropriate files
- greet all incoming guests and obtain driver's license/passport copies
- clean and maintain cleanliness of all conference rooms and office space
