Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- at least two years of office experience
- basic computer knowledge in Windows and Excel
- ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- capacity to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- able to stand or walk for extended periods
- capability to operate a multi-line phone system
- compliant with Federal and State COVID-19 Vaccination Mandates
- detail oriented
- good people skills
- flexible and able to multitask

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly manner
- answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- provide information to callers and visitors about the organization and its services
- schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and data entry
- receive and sort mail and deliveries
- maintain a clean and organized reception area
