Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • at least two years of office experience
  • basic computer knowledge in Windows and Excel
  • ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
  • capacity to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • able to stand or walk for extended periods
  • capability to operate a multi-line phone system
  • compliant with Federal and State COVID-19 Vaccination Mandates
  • detail oriented
  • good people skills
  • flexible and able to multitask

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly manner
  • answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
  • provide information to callers and visitors about the organization and its services
  • schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
  • assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying and data entry
  • receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • maintain a clean and organized reception area
