Job Qualifications

- proficient in Microsoft Word and capable of learning program-specific software
- able to operate standard office equipment including computers, copiers, fax machines, and multi-line phone systems
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- basic mathematical skills including ability to perform arithmetic and percentages
- demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Job Duties
- Answer incoming telephone calls and route inquiries appropriately
- greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- prepare, type, and distribute correspondence, forms, and reports
- maintain organized filing systems and client records
- log incoming Requests for Tenancy Approval (RFTAs) and update available unit listings
- prepare monthly client packets for re-certification
- receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and faxes
- review initial eligibility applications for completeness and accuracy
- support administrative and clerical needs of the program staff as assigned
