  • customer service experience preferred
  • ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • ability to manage phone systems and office equipment
  • strong organizational skills
  • availability to work part-time or full-time shifts

Job Duties

  • Greet all visitors entering the community
  • answer questions and ensure visitors sign guest sheets
  • answer and direct phone calls to the proper residents and staff
  • sort, deliver and collect incoming and outgoing community and resident mail
  • perform basic office and clerical functions
  • maintain visitor logs
  • respond to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol
