Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and experience
- at least one year of customer service experience
- flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays
- ability to work at a keyboard or workstation for extended periods
- ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, climbing, and lifting animals up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and during high stress situations
- manage lobby flow, address concerns, calm distressed owners, and schedule appointments
- handle basic medical emergencies for pets and owners, ensuring safety and wellbeing
- assist with medication pickups, inquiries, and provide information about services and products
- input and manage data in practice management software, including billing and accounts
- assist with retail sales, weighing pets, processing faxes, and maintaining records
- reconcile cash drawer and perform end of day duties for accurate financial transactions
