Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior reception or clerical experience preferred
  • Ability to interact compassionately with elderly and disabled residents
  • Proficiency with computer systems
  • Clear verbal communication
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Professional appearance and punctuality
  • Availability for weekend shifts and flexible scheduling

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate or GED
  • Experience in a receptionist or clerical position preferred
  • Ability to work well with ill, disabled, elderly, and emotionally upset individuals
  • Good computer skills
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently

Job Duties

  • Greet residents, visitors, guests, and vendors and respond to their questions or concerns
  • Assist residents, vendors, and employees with requests or direct them to appropriate personnel
  • Attend and complete all in-service and educational training as required
  • Monitor resident activities for safety risks, report unusual behavior or elopement risks to supervisors
  • Communicate and track resident departures via 911 calls
  • Follow all safety rules and protocols
  • Perform miscellaneous clerical assignments to support front desk operations
