Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or similar role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to remain seated for extended periods
  • Compliance with necessary personal protective equipment as needed

Job Duties

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or personnel
  • Assist clients with inquiries and resolve issues while providing excellent customer service
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records in various software systems
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure office operations run smoothly, including handling emails, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence
  • Support marketing efforts by preparing and distributing promotional materials as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office environment
