Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for entire shift
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
  • Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs with occasional lifting up to 32 lbs and rarely 50 lbs
  • Fine motor coordination and effective hearing
  • Prolonged glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens
  • Minimum one year of customer or patient facing experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One or more years of experience in customer-facing or patient service role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
  • Demonstrated commitment to quality customer service
  • Experience with record keeping and filing systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Answer phones and greet all visitors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
  • Assist donors with appointments and create or pull donor record files
  • Provide customer service to donors (external) and employees (internal)
  • Maintain orderly filing system and purge records
  • Report operational opportunities for continuous improvement to center management
  • Initiate changes to center processes using approved company procedures
