Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and/or stand for entire shift
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
- Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs with occasional lifting up to 32 lbs and rarely 50 lbs
- Fine motor coordination and effective hearing
- Prolonged glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens
- Minimum one year of customer or patient facing experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of experience in customer-facing or patient service role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated commitment to quality customer service
- Experience with record keeping and filing systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Answer phones and greet all visitors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
- Assist donors with appointments and create or pull donor record files
- Provide customer service to donors (external) and employees (internal)
- Maintain orderly filing system and purge records
- Report operational opportunities for continuous improvement to center management
- Initiate changes to center processes using approved company procedures
