- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Six plus months of prior office, receptionist, or administrative experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment

Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the correct employee or department
- Provide bilingual support for employees and external contacts
- Perform data entry, scanning, and filing of documents
- Maintain and update employee personnel records as assigned
- Assist with invoice processing and other administrative tasks for the Finance Department
- Support office staff with special projects and general duties as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
