Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum one year of banking or administrative experience required
  • Security experience considered a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
  • Positive attitude toward change
  • Ability to work full-time on site Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Willingness to comply with risk management and regulatory compliance standards.

Job Duties

  • Manage the bank's reception station within the corporate headquarters building lobby and provide excellent customer service to personnel and guests while maintaining security control expectations
  • Process building visitors, vendors, and employees utilizing bank visitor management strategies and solutions
  • Evaluate operations and processes surrounding department functions such as physical security access control, investigations, analytical models, and compliance and training to recommend modifications where appropriate
  • Perform various security-related responsibilities including physical access control, surveillance monitoring, fraud mitigation, investigative functions, and training initiatives
  • Organize physical and electronic files, retrieve, organize, and distribute department mail
  • Order, receive, and track office supplies
  • Assist with calendar, meeting, and event planning and scheduling
  • Create, modify, update, proofread, and file department publications, reports, and documents which may include minor calculations
  • Communicate and interact professionally and courteously with internal and external contacts, including visitors, customers, employees, vendors, and security or law enforcement personnel
  • Answer telephone calls, evaluate for proper disposition, and provide telephone coverage as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Serve as a risk manager by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring risks encountered daily according to the bank's risk management program
  • Comply with regulatory laws and company procedures.
