Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum of one year of customer service experience
strong communication skills
basic computer proficiency
ability to multitask and prioritize
willingness to perform hospital maintenance tasks
ability to educate clients about pet care

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in customer service or veterinary clinic preferred
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
knowledge of pet care and general animal husbandry a plus
proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software
ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties

Greeting visitors and answering telephones
guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms
scheduling and confirming appointments
placing outbound calls for follow-ups and prospective client outreach
presenting and explaining fees and processing payments
recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services including prescriptions
managing medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence
maintaining hospital cleanliness including removal of animal waste
