Job Duties
- Greet guests and inform employees of their guest's arrival
- Discern the nature and purpose of calls coming in through the switchboard and direct them accordingly
- Send out mailings
- Perform projects for other departments such as data entry in Excel and creation of Word documents
- Enter data and maintain policies on internal systems
