Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of professional office administrative or receptionist experience preferably with an architectural, engineering and consulting (A/E/C) firm
- Dependability, punctuality, excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and a can-do attitude
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office products including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Experience working with and maintaining sensitive and confidential information
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

Job Duties
- Answer a multi-line telephone system, including screening and directing calls as appropriate
- Greet office staff and visitors in a professional, friendly and hospitable manner
- Maintain all common areas, including office kitchens and conference rooms, ensuring spaces are well-kept
- Maintain fleet vehicle keys and first aid kits with the assistance from the Fleet Manager
- Copy, fax, file, and scan documents using appropriate office equipment as needed
- Schedule meetings for Executive Management Committee members and Senior Management as needed
- Manage all incoming and out-going mail and packages, including sorting, packaging, metering, shipping and receiving parcels via USPS, UPS and FedEx
