Job Duties

  • answer and direct all incoming calls and voicemails with professionalism
  • accurately take messages and route calls to the appropriate department
  • maintain office supplies for all departments and ensure monthly orders are completed
  • keep office equipment stocked with paper and toner
  • sort and distribute all incoming mail, faxes, and packages
  • process outgoing mail including FedEx, certified mail, and special deliveries
  • assist with maintaining and auditing personnel and I-9 files as directed
  • support the office team with general clerical tasks as needed
