Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work part-time four days per week
Excellent verbal communication skills
Basic proficiency in computer use
Friendly and approachable personality
Reliable and punctual
Willingness to learn and undergo training if necessary

Job Qualifications

Strong communication and phone skills
Basic computer knowledge including scheduling software
Friendly and professional demeanor
Dependable work ethic
Previous customer service experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

Greet customers as they arrive for service appointments
Check in customers and document their concerns
Communicate customer concerns accurately to the service team
Answer incoming phone calls professionally
Schedule service appointments using scheduling software
Provide updates on vehicle status to customers
Facilitate smooth communication between customers and service staff
