Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role preferred
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with standard office software and equipment
  • Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
  • Ability to work full-time hours

  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and voicemail transfer
  • Professional demeanor and polished appearance
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel email and general internet use
  • Familiarity with ten-key and office equipment including copiers faxes and scanners

Job Duties

  • Answer and direct all incoming calls and voicemails with professionalism
  • Accurately take messages and route calls to the appropriate department
  • Maintain office supplies for all departments and ensure monthly orders are completed
  • Keep office equipment copiers and fax machines stocked with paper and toner
  • Sort and distribute all incoming mail faxes and packages
  • Process outgoing mail including FedEx certified mail and other special deliveries
  • Assist with maintaining and auditing personnel and I-9 files as directed
  • Support the office team with general clerical tasks as needed
