Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
- Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs., occasional lifting up to 32 lbs., rarely 50 lbs.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
- Ability to wear gloves for prolonged periods due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens
- 1 or more years minimum experience working in a customer or patient facing role
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in a customer or patient facing role
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to perform administrative tasks including record keeping and appointment scheduling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow company procedures and safety protocols
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer skills
Job Duties
- Answer phones and greet all visitors to the facility including new and repeat donors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
- Assist donors with appointments
- create or pull donor record files
- Provide customer service to donors and fellow employees
- Maintain orderly filing system, purging records
- Report to the center management team in identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement
- Initiate changes to center processes through use of company approved procedures
