Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees
  • Ability to lift 1 to 5 lbs., occasional lifting up to 32 lbs., rarely 50 lbs.
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance
  • Ability to wear gloves for prolonged periods due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens
  • 1 or more years minimum experience working in a customer or patient facing role
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in a customer or patient facing role
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to perform administrative tasks including record keeping and appointment scheduling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow company procedures and safety protocols
  • Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer skills

Job Duties

  • Answer phones and greet all visitors to the facility including new and repeat donors promptly exhibiting customer service skills
  • Assist donors with appointments
  • create or pull donor record files
  • Provide customer service to donors and fellow employees
  • Maintain orderly filing system, purging records
  • Report to the center management team in identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Initiate changes to center processes through use of company approved procedures
