Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles
- Ability to work from 8 am to 5 pm including one Saturday per month
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Positive attitude and professionalism
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service or administrative experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal abilities
- Effective communication skills
- Bi-lingual skills are a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome customers and visitors
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
- Manage front desk operations and ensure the reception area is tidy
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with staff
- Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary information
- Maintain organized records and files
- Support administrative tasks as needed
