Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- enrollment in a cosmetology training program preferred
- prior experience in customer service or retail is a plus
- strong verbal communication skills
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- flexible availability to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
- basic computer skills
- positive attitude and professional appearance

Job Duties
- Warmly greet customers
- communicate and educate customers on Great Clips processes including online check-in and wait time monitor
- process transactions and issue receipts
- maintain general knowledge of retail products and make recommendations
- manage customer flow between check-in and service
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of front desk and lobby areas
- manage answering phone calls
- inform customers about services
- update customer records with contact information
- assist stylists in maintaining salon cleanliness and sanitation
- commit to working a flexible schedule including peak times
- dedicate to delivering great customer service
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- resolve customer issues promptly and effectively
