  • One to three years prior relevant experience
  • Ability to work on various assignments simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Working knowledge of computers and internet access
  • Ability to navigate automated systems and software such as Outlook, Excel, and Word

Job Duties

  • Answer incoming telephone calls
  • Determine purpose of callers
  • Forward calls to appropriate personnel or department
  • Take and deliver messages or transfer calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable
  • Answer questions about organization and provide callers with address, directions, and other information
  • Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel
  • Monitor visitor access and issue passes when required
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and collating
