Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous clerical and customer service experience preferred
- CPR and CPI certified within 30 days of employment
- may be required to work flexible hours and overtime
- ability to handle multiple administrative responsibilities
- commitment to upholding HIPAA privacy guidelines

Job Duties
- Greet guests and receive calls
- determine the nature of guest business and direct them to appropriate staff
- perform clerical duties including typing, filing, copying, message taking
- facilitate flow of information within the hospital adhering to HIPAA guidelines
- collaborate with Business Development and Assessment departments in patient assessment and admission
- obtain patient vitals when requested by Assessment Department (excludes Washington locations)
- demonstrate excellent customer service skills
