Job Duties
- Greet all visitors entering the community
- Answer questions from visitors
- Ensure visitors sign guest sheets
- Answer and direct phone calls to proper residents and staff
- Sort, deliver, and collect incoming and outgoing community and resident mail
- Perform basic office and clerical functions
- Maintain visitor logs
- Respond to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol
