Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in secretarial work customer service office administration or data entry
- Valid Washington State driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Pass a criminal background check
- Pass The Salvation Army’s in-house driving test and Motor Vehicle Records check
- Adherence to The Salvation Army’s substance abuse and drug-free workplace policy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in secretarial customer service office administration and data entry
- Strong use of English language in verbal and written communication
- Excellent organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic with ability to maintain time management and schedule adherence

- Excellent interpersonal skills with emphasis on working in a team and with diverse populations
Job Duties
- Answer and or respond to phone calls received to the office and either assist them or direct them to the proper person
- Greet clients and all who come in the building
- Assist the coordinator in the preparation of client files making copies of all necessary identification and information regarding client circumstances
- Maintain current and accurate computer files and statistical data
- Assist with AP AR requirements as requested and needed
- Assist with proper recording disbursing and reporting of in-kind donations
- Support coordinator with day to day operations volunteer coordination and special projects
- Assist in supporting the center when the coordinator is away at meetings vacations sick etc
- All other duties as assigned
