Job Requirements

  • must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • must be 18 years or older
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
  • comfortable with computer programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • ability to work weekday and evening shifts
  • professionalism in dress and conduct
  • ability to monitor front lobby for safety and security

Job Duties

  • contribute to a positive associate culture
  • perform essential clerical duties
  • answer phones and greet all guests with enthusiasm
  • develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, staff and guests
  • answer and effectively triage all incoming telephone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • assist with handling inquiry calls and tours
  • monitor the front lobby to ensure the safety and security of the community
