Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Enjoy working with seniors
  • Multitasking skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Two years’ experience as a front desk receptionist or similar role preferred
  • Administrative experience a plus
  • Problem solving
  • Computer experience required
  • Experienced with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and Publisher
  • Capable of being organized and maintaining a professional appearance
  • Ability to manage your time efficiently

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet all visitors and residents in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls and respond to voicemails
  • Communicate with other coworkers via email if needed
  • Make sure the lobby and front office is a welcoming environment for everyone
  • Manage front desk clerical duties including scheduling and record keeping
  • Handle inquiries and provide information to residents and visitors
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
