Job Requirements
- high school graduate or equivalent
- 18 years or older
- enjoy working with people
- ability to navigate technology comfortably
- phone, in person, and email etiquette are professional and friendly
- previous customer service, retail, or receptionist experience preferred
- able to work monday to friday 8 am to 5 pm
Job Qualifications
- a team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
- excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- working knowledge of microsoft office suite
- previous receptionist experience is a plus
Job Duties
- greet and assist customers who enter the store showroom
- answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries
- assist the office manager and/or general manager with various clerical duties as needed
