Job Requirements

  • 1 year or more of experience working in a healthcare setting preferred but will consider candidates with a strong customer service background in retail, hospitality, call centers etc
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and highly organized
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)

Job Duties

  • Receive and route incoming and outgoing telephone calls
  • Greet visitors and manage visitor passes and logs
  • Respond to routine inquiries regarding the organization's operations
  • Perform basic administrative, clerical, and customer support tasks
  • Operate a switchboard or multi-line phone system
  • Maintain long distance call logs and take accurate messages
  • Assist with booking meeting rooms, organizing and distributing mail, and handling courier packages
