Job Requirements
- 1 year or more of experience working in a healthcare setting preferred but will consider candidates with a strong customer service background in retail, hospitality, call centers etc
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)

Job Duties
- Receive and route incoming and outgoing telephone calls
- Greet visitors and manage visitor passes and logs
- Respond to routine inquiries regarding the organization's operations
- Perform basic administrative, clerical, and customer support tasks
- Operate a switchboard or multi-line phone system
- Maintain long distance call logs and take accurate messages
- Assist with booking meeting rooms, organizing and distributing mail, and handling courier packages
