Job Duties
- Greet customers professionally and courteously by phone or in person
- Connect customers to appropriate dealership team members promptly
- Manage telephone switchboards efficiently
- Enter basic customer demographic information into the sales control system
- Support sales and service teams during events and busy periods
- Assist customers and vendors to find needed support
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude as the dealership's first point of contact
