Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a receptionist or clerical role preferred
  • proficiency with computer applications
  • ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • capability to manage multitasking efficiently
  • must demonstrate tact and empathy when dealing with elderly, disabled, or emotionally distressed individuals
  • reliable punctuality and professional demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • high school graduate or GED
  • experience in a receptionist or clerical position preferred
  • ability to work well with ill, disabled, elderly, and emotionally upset individuals
  • good computer skills
  • clear and professional communication skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Duties

  • greeting residents, vendors, employees, and visitors and providing assistance or redirecting them as necessary
  • attending and completing in-service and educational training as required by management
  • maintaining punctuality and professional appearance at all times
  • tactfully interacting with residents, family members, personnel, and the general public
  • managing communication and tracking of residents leaving via 911 calls
  • monitoring and reporting elopement risks and unusual resident behavior to supervisors or managers on duty
  • performing miscellaneous clerical assignments
