Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a receptionist or clerical role preferred
- proficiency with computer applications
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- capability to manage multitasking efficiently
- must demonstrate tact and empathy when dealing with elderly, disabled, or emotionally distressed individuals
- reliable punctuality and professional demeanor
Job Qualifications
- high school graduate or GED
- experience in a receptionist or clerical position preferred
- ability to work well with ill, disabled, elderly, and emotionally upset individuals
- good computer skills
- clear and professional communication skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Job Duties
- greeting residents, vendors, employees, and visitors and providing assistance or redirecting them as necessary
- attending and completing in-service and educational training as required by management
- maintaining punctuality and professional appearance at all times
- tactfully interacting with residents, family members, personnel, and the general public
- managing communication and tracking of residents leaving via 911 calls
- monitoring and reporting elopement risks and unusual resident behavior to supervisors or managers on duty
- performing miscellaneous clerical assignments
