Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years previous customer service related experience
  • Flexible and positive attitude towards shifting daily priorities
  • Ability to communicate professionally and passionately
  • Fluency in English and local language
  • Ability to multitask with accuracy
  • Proficiency in a range of IT tools and platforms
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform safe job tasks
  • Willingness to work onsite in San Francisco, CA

Job Duties

  • Enthusiastically welcome guests and anticipate their needs
  • Assist with guest arrival, office orientation, and departure
  • Respond promptly with a warm and personal spirit regardless of workload or time
  • Create memorable guest experiences with a welcoming personality
  • Proactively address guest needs and answer inquiries
  • Share personal knowledge of office services, spaces, and amenities to enhance guest productivity
  • Collaborate with team members to identify guest service trends and improve processes
  • Track all visitors including vendors and employees
  • Manage parking and vehicle logs and records
  • Coordinate security access cards for employees and vendors
  • Welcome event guests and assist with printing visitor badges
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manage incoming and outgoing courier packages and mail
  • Support the annual management plan by achieving key performance indicators
  • Perform ad hoc facilities assignments as needed
