  • prior experience in customer service or administrative support
  • ability to adhere to confidentiality and privacy standards
  • proficiency in operating telephone and paging systems
  • strong organizational skills
  • capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
  • good verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • ensure CAPLICO Core Values and Code of Conduct are adhered to at all times
  • ensure compliance with Resident Rights and HIPAA policies at all times
  • provide a welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors
  • maintain up-to-date knowledge of community services
  • greet visitors courteously and direct them appropriately
  • operate paging and telephone systems
  • answer incoming calls warmly and professionally
  • take detailed messages and relay promptly
  • ensure reception areas are clean and inviting
  • prepare outgoing community mail and distribute incoming mail
  • maintain current listings of residents and staff
  • report equipment malfunctions and maintain maintenance required book
  • organize information packets for job applicants and new staff
  • perform clerical functions for resident admissions, discharges, and readmissions
  • perform typing, copying, faxing for departments
  • attend staff meetings
  • perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
