Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum one year experience in general office administration
  • proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to multitask and meet deadlines

  • ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • standing, walking, sitting for extended periods
  • good vision and hearing

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • college degree preferred
  • minimum one year experience in a general office administration experience
  • achieves and completes all tasks on time and with quality

Job Duties

  • Answer and transfer all incoming calls received at corporate office
  • check and sort mail daily
  • maintain and order breakroom supplies as needed and monitor water supply delivery
  • oversee and maintain conference room calendars and meeting room
  • responsible maintaining all storage areas with supplies and coordinate e-waste disposal
  • order company business cards
  • create all new hire cubicle/office nameplates
  • oversee company's security cards
  • general clerical and administrative duties
  • prepare and mail all US/UPS/Fed Ex packages
  • coordinate hotel billing arrangements for company travelers
  • reconcile receipts and credit card charges each month for accounting department to process
  • other duties assigned
