Job Duties

Answer telephones
greet and assist visitors
perform clerical tasks including processing mailing labels and sorting mail
assist coworkers with documents using Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word
maintain confidentiality of all data
support the administration team with miscellaneous projects
communicate directly with and assist hospital customers
maintain professional demeanor and appearance
cooperate and be a team player
perform other duties as assigned
