Job Requirements
- Must have the ability to remain in a stationary position standing sitting and/or walking
- Must have the ability to stoop kneel crouch or crawl
- Must be able to occasionally ascend/descend stairs
- Must be able to distinguish or determine smell
- Must have the ability to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment such as a copy machine calculator and computer printer
- Must be able to communicate accurate information
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25lbs
- Must have peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in administrative support or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced office setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office equipment

- Support a Christ-centered work environment
Job Duties
- Serve as the front desk representative for the HR department providing a warm and professional welcome to all guests
- Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate departments or staff
- Respond to the doorbell and manage visitor inquiries
- Maintain organization of the HR supply closet and office supplies
- Order office supplies
- Assist with meeting setup in the Board Room and other shared spaces
- Support onboarding processes by assembling new hire folders packing welcome backpacks and printing materials
- Perform general administrative tasks and provide support to the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR team as needed
