Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 18 years or older
  • Previous customer service, retail, or receptionist experience preferred
  • Must be able to comfortably navigate technology
  • Enjoys a fast-paced work atmosphere
  • Phone, in person, and email etiquette are professional and friendly
  • Legal eligibility to work
  • Commitment to a drug-free workplace

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous receptionist experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers who enter the store showroom
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries
  • Assist the Office Manager and/or General Manager with various clerical duties as needed
  • Provide warm and professional customer service as the first point of contact
  • Navigate and manage phone, email, and in-person communications
  • Support the flow of customer requests to appropriate departments
  • Maintain a friendly and organized reception area
