Job Duties
- Answer telephones
- greet and assist visitors
- perform clerical tasks
- process mailing labels for outgoing mail
- bring mail to and from the mailbox and sort it accurately
- assist coworkers with various documents using Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
- maintain confidentiality of all data
- support the administration team with miscellaneous projects
- communicate directly with and assist hospital customers
- maintain a professional demeanor and appearance
- cooperate and have the desire to be a team player
- perform other duties as assigned
