Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- at least 2 years of office experience
- basic computer skills in Windows and Excel
- ability to sit, squat, bend, carry with two hands, operate a switchboard, walk, stamp, write, type, use a phone, and file
- capacity to occasionally lift 25 lbs
- ability to stand and/or walk up and down stairs for approximately 4 hours
- capable of hearing at a normal speaking level and talking on phone and in person
- compliance with Federal and State COVID-19 vaccination mandates for healthcare agencies
- reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly manner
- answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- provide information to callers and visitors about the organization and its services
- schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- assist with special agency projects
- receive and sort mail and deliveries
- maintain a clean and organized reception area
