Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • at least 2 years of office experience
  • basic computer skills in Windows and Excel
  • ability to sit, squat, bend, carry with two hands, operate a switchboard, walk, stamp, write, type, use a phone, and file
  • capacity to occasionally lift 25 lbs
  • ability to stand and/or walk up and down stairs for approximately 4 hours
  • capable of hearing at a normal speaking level and talking on phone and in person
  • compliance with Federal and State COVID-19 vaccination mandates for healthcare agencies
  • reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly manner
  • answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
  • provide information to callers and visitors about the organization and its services
  • schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
  • assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • assist with special agency projects
  • receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • maintain a clean and organized reception area
