Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of relevant job experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Food handlers, first aid, and CPR certification or willingness to obtain within three months
  • Positive attitude and passion for working with seniors
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow procedures and work independently

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Answer telephones and direct calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage business center and process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment following established safety standards
  • Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments
  • Keep front lobby and desk clean and organized
  • Direct emergency personnel to emergency locations and serve as contact person in emergencies
  • Document significant incidents in logbook
  • Maintain visitor sign-in/out and reservation books
  • Complete maintenance work orders
