Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 1 year front desk or office administrative experience
  • basic skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • prior experience with data entry and document formatting
  • must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

  • experience with data entry and document formatting
  • professional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • working knowledge of switchboard and postage equipment
  • ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • strong business acumen
  • self-motivated, proactive, punctual, and adaptable

Job Duties

  • Greet, register, and perform security clearance of visitors including customers, vendors, and job applicants
  • direct visitors to appropriate contacts
  • operate switchboard and multi-line phone system to answer, screen, and forward telephone calls and emails
  • provide mail room services including sorting incoming and outgoing mail, weighing, calculating, and affixing proper postage
  • liaison with employees and corporate travel agency to coordinate business travel including scheduling and ticketing flights and making hotel and car rental arrangements
  • perform routine typing and clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and ordering office supplies
  • manage conference room bookings, visitor check-ins, and coordinate site tours
  • provide administrative support as needed
