Job Duties
- perform receptionist duties including greeting visitors and managing telephone calls
- conduct clerical tasks such as preparing and sending mail, maintaining filing systems, data entry, and database management
- provide customer service by communicating effectively with patients, providers, and other departments
- coordinate scheduling of meetings and appointments, and maintain a neat and organized office environment
- monitor and order office supplies and handle information requests
- prepare statistical reports and maintain records of office activities
- perform basic accounting functions such as checking invoices, making deposits, and managing petty cash
