Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • preferred associates degree
  • prior experience in administrative or receptionist roles preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including overtime

Job Duties

  • perform receptionist duties including greeting visitors and managing telephone calls
  • conduct clerical tasks such as preparing and sending mail, maintaining filing systems, data entry, and database management
  • provide customer service by communicating effectively with patients, providers, and other departments
  • coordinate scheduling of meetings and appointments, and maintain a neat and organized office environment
  • monitor and order office supplies and handle information requests
  • prepare statistical reports and maintain records of office activities
  • perform basic accounting functions such as checking invoices, making deposits, and managing petty cash
