Job Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent
Completion of secretarial science program or minimum of six months clerical experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
Knowledge of laws and regulations for post-acute care
Ability to make independent decisions
Adherence to company policies including harassment and compliance procedures
Maintain confidentiality
Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk, and reach intermittently

Job Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent
Successful completion of secretarial science program from an accredited college or university or minimum of six months experience in a clerical role
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines in post-acute care facilities
Ability to make independent decisions when necessary
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Serve as first point of contact for guests and visitors in person and via phone
Effectively operate facility phone and paging system
Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain positive attitude towards patients
Assist in the evacuation of patients
Demonstrate dependable, regular attendance
Use reasoning skills and good judgment
Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team
