Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Completion of secretarial science program or minimum of six months clerical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- Knowledge of laws and regulations for post-acute care
- Ability to make independent decisions
- Adherence to company policies including harassment and compliance procedures
- Maintain confidentiality
- Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk, and reach intermittently
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Successful completion of secretarial science program from an accredited college or university or minimum of six months experience in a clerical role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines in post-acute care facilities
- Ability to make independent decisions when necessary
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Serve as first point of contact for guests and visitors in person and via phone
- Effectively operate facility phone and paging system
- Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain positive attitude towards patients
- Assist in the evacuation of patients
- Demonstrate dependable, regular attendance
- Use reasoning skills and good judgment
- Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team
