Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must pass state and company criminal background and drug screens
  • Demonstrates effective time management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in concierge, receptionist, or customer service role preferably in senior living or hospitality
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome residents, guests, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Assist residents with transportation arrangements, dining reservations, event bookings, and other personal services
  • Coordinate with local service providers for dry cleaning, housekeeping, and maintenance
  • Provide information and recommendations about local attractions, services, and amenities
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally, taking messages as necessary
  • Manage front desk operations, ensuring the area is neat, organized, and welcoming
  • Maintain and update resident and visitor logs with accurate records
