Job Requirements
- one year or more of experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
- strong customer service background in retail, hospitality, or call centers considered
- must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- passion for improving patient experiences and care
- excellent customer service and phone etiquette

- knowledge of MS Office

Job Duties
- receive and correctly route incoming and outgoing telephone calls
- accommodate visitors promptly and courteously
- operate a switchboard or multi-line phone system
- maintain long distance call logs
- take and distribute accurate messages
- greet visitors and manage visitor logs
- respond to routine inquiries and provide organizational information
- book meeting rooms and manage mail and courier packages
- perform basic administrative, clerical, operational, customer support, and computational tasks
- work within defined parameters and established policies with close supervision
