Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in front desk or administrative support
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office software
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to maintain professionalism in a corporate environment
  • capability to perform light cleaning duties
  • ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • availability to work 8 am to 5 pm onsite in Austin, Texas

Job Qualifications

  • Front desk and administrative support experience
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • professionalism and strong job tenure
  • experience in the food service industry
  • experience in clerical support and filing

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors and employees as they enter the office
  • manage scheduling and calendaring
  • direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
  • handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • make conference room reservations
  • order food for meetings when necessary
  • maintain cleanliness in the main conference room and kitchen area
  • prepare coffee and tea in the mornings
  • assist with general cleaning using sanitary wipes when needed
