Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in front desk or administrative support
- proficiency with Microsoft Office software
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to maintain professionalism in a corporate environment
- capability to perform light cleaning duties
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- availability to work 8 am to 5 pm onsite in Austin, Texas

- Front desk and administrative support experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- strong customer service and communication skills

- experience in the food service industry
- experience in clerical support and filing

Job Duties
- Greet visitors and employees as they enter the office
- manage scheduling and calendaring
- direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
- handle incoming and outgoing mail
- make conference room reservations
- order food for meetings when necessary
- maintain cleanliness in the main conference room and kitchen area
- prepare coffee and tea in the mornings
- assist with general cleaning using sanitary wipes when needed
