- Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming environment
- Manage appointment scheduling and client check-ins
- Support salon team members throughout the day
- Assist in handling young customers with patience and care
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Provide information about services and products
- Ensure a fun and memorable salon experience for children and their families
